A warp knitting machine, in which each yarn guide on at least one bar device can be adjusted laterally and independently, and each group can be adjusted by a programmed motor according to the pattern offset movement. The motor is connected with the yarn guide through a stay cable. At least two stay cables exceed the bar device and make one group of yarn guides perform the same pattern offset movement that is pushed by the motor with the stay cable. The stay cable is led to the motor approximately perpendicular to the transverse direction of the bar, The cable guide of each comb device is installed on a bracket hinged to the comb device and only carrying out basic transverse movement, while the cable guide is far away from the yarn guide along the transverse direction, and the yarn guide swing will not cause the pattern deviation movement of the cable.
The knitting mechanism comprises a needle bed, a comb, a settling sheet bed and a pressing plate, which are generally driven by a cam or an eccentric connecting rod. Cams are often used in folding machines with low speed and complicated motion rules of the looping parts. Eccentric connecting rod is widely used in equipment due to its smooth transmission, simple processing, low wear and noise during high-speed operation.
